Grievance Redressal Mechanism

We are committed to provide all the assistance you need on products & services offered by us. 
We have established a Complaint Redressal Mechanism for all our customers, including differently abled customers.
All complaints pertaining to our company or its outsourced agencies
(including pertaining to FinTech/ digital lending related complaints/ issues), would be registered & tracked in our CRM.
To facilitate redressal of complaints, we have established the following levels.
